Revision Policy

This revision policy outlines the terms regarding design revisions and applies to the services provided by RojrzTech. Clients are entitled to request unlimited free revisions, provided that the design and concept remain unchanged. The revision turnaround time is set at 48 hours.

FAIR USAGE POLICY:

While we offer unlimited revisions for optimal service, a maximum of 30 revisions is allowed per project. Any revisions beyond this limit may incur additional charges.

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee

Our refund and cancellation policies aim to ensure the security of both the Client and RojrzTech. The following terms apply unless RojrzTech cancels or terminates a contract for reasons other than breach or non-performance.

Refund requests will be processed as per the following arrangement:

  • Full refund (less 10% processing fee) is applicable if the order is canceled within 24 hours.
  • No refund is applicable if initial designs are delivered or revisions are requested within the specified timeframe.
  • For refund requests made before the delivery of initial designs, a full refund (less 10% service & processing fee) is applicable.
  • Refund requests within 48 hours are eligible for a 66% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
  • Refund requests between 48-120 hours of initial design delivery are eligible for a 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
  • No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours of initial design delivery.
  • No refund is available once the final files have been delivered.
  • For website packages, no refund is applicable once website development is complete or the website is deployed live.
  • For video animation packages, no refund is applicable after the storyboard design.

 

Refund requests must be communicated to the support department, and RojrzTech reserves the right to approve/disapprove requests on a case-by-case basis. Custom packages follow the refund policy applicable to individual packages.

A valid reason, aligned with the design brief and customer feedback, is required for a refund request. Unless a concept deviates from the brief, a refund will not be granted, but revisions will continue until complete satisfaction.

The money-back guarantee is based on good faith. Placing design orders with multiple agencies for the same job with the intention of claiming a refund is not considered good faith, and we reserve the right to decline such requests.

Design jobs require customer feedback before finalization, and clients are encouraged to get involved for desired results.

The 100% unique design guarantee allows a redraw if our designed logo is found considerably similar to another existing logo. Any resemblance is coincidental, and RojrzTech does not accept responsibility or claims for compensation. Clients are responsible for copyrighting their artwork.

How to Claim Your Refund

To ensure refund approval, meet the following requirements:

  • Contact us via toll-free +1 (512) 254-4193, live chat, or info@rojrztech.com.
  • Specify your concern for resolution through our revision policy or request a refund.
  • If the concern is unresolved, a refund approval will be emailed from our refund department. After a refund, design rights transfer to RojrzTech, and you may not use any version of the design sent by the company. Design rights information will be shared with copyright agencies.

My Account

The My Account area serves as a communication tool. It is your responsibility to check the account area for queries, concerns, or instructions. Failure to check or use the Account Area shall not provide grounds for a refund. Contact customer support for assistance if needed.

Reactivation Policy

No orders will be entertained or refunded if the client is non-responsive for 45 days. Clients can email to hold the project in case of personal issues. If non-responsive for over 45 days, a caution fee of $150 is applicable to re-initiate the project.

Third-Party Terms of Use

Certain features may involve third-party services. User agreement to third-party terms is required for the features using these services.

Quality Assurance Policy

To ensure satisfaction, designers adhere to provided specifications. Thorough research guarantees design quality and uniqueness. The free multiple revision offer ensures 100% satisfaction.

Delivery Policy

Design files are delivered to the Account Area as specified in the Order Confirmation Email. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. All policies are subject to the date and time of design order delivery.

Communication Policy

Proper communication channels are essential. RojrzTech is not liable for correspondence from email addresses or toll-free numbers outside its domain. Damage caused by such correspondence is not the responsibility of RojrzTech.
